#India’s Supreme Court has no Official Panel to Probe #Sexual #Harassment

The Supreme Court is yet to implement its nearly four-month-old order for setting up of a committee to probe complaints of sexual harassment in court premises and advocate chambers. In the wake of a recent charges by a law graduate of sexual harassment by a ‘recently retired judge’ of the Supreme Court, and several other charges by female law students against the same judge, this is a serious failing on the part of the country’s highest court.
